High-pressure fire extinguisher, type 3216, is intended for extinguishing with high water pressure. It enables quick intervention of incipient and small local fires such as fires in dustbins and waste containers, pyrotechnics, fires in apartments and basements, fires in motor vehicles, fires in grass, bushes, forest stands, etc. It is also suitable for various cleaning and washing jobs. The device can be equipped with an admixture system, enabling foaming agent, wetting agent or washing agents to be sucked into the water.
The high-pressure fire extinguisher is characterized by high efficiency with low water consumption, immediate use, simple operation, easy and convenient handling and low maintenance.
Overview
-
It is intended for permanent installation in vehicles such as technical vehicles, rapid response vehicles, transport vehicles, fire trailers, etc. The vehicle also includes a water tank, which is equipped with a filling filter. The tank can be supplemented with a level indicator with remote quantity control. High-pressure fire extinguishing equipment consists of: - high pressure pump with gearbox, - engine, - flow reel with high-pressure hose, - high-pressure jet line, - mixing device (optional).
High pressure pump The high-pressure pump is intended for the supply of pressurized water for high-pressure extinguishing. The source of pressurized water is a plunger pump equipped with a control valve, pressure gauge and pressure relief valve, which prevents pressure surges and limits the highest pressure, thus protecting the pump against damage. The working pressure and amount of water can be easily regulated with the rotary handle on the control valve.
Engine The pump is driven by a gasoline combustion engine, which is directly connected to the pump via a gearbox. The exhaust hose is connected to the engine end and is routed under the vehicle.
Flow reel The discharge pipe of the pump is connected by means of a hose with a flow reel. A high-pressure hose is wound on the drum of the flow reel. For easy handling of the high-pressure hose, there is a holder with guide rollers in the front part of the flow reel, which ensures optimal guidance of the hose when unwinding or winding it back onto the drum. The folding handle located on the right side of the reel is used to wind up the hose. A spring-loaded locking pin on the left side of the reel is used to secure the reel against spontaneous unwinding of the hose.
High pressure jet A high-pressure flow line is connected to the high-pressure hose using a quick coupling. The streamer is controlled using a trigger equipped with a fuse, which is located in the handle. The high-pressure jet is terminated with a nozzle for spraying water. By turning the nozzle, it is possible to change the shape of the spray stream. If the high-pressure fire extinguisher is equipped with a mixing device, the flow line is equipped with a two-position nozzle enabling foam spraying.
Mixing device (optional accessory) A part of the high-pressure extinguishing device can be a device for mixing foaming agent, wetting agent or washing agents. The device is designed to suck foaming agent into water in a ratio of 0-6%. The amount of foaming agent sucked in is smoothly regulated by a rotary knob with a scale. By simply adjusting the nozzle of the high-pressure jet line, mixing occurs in a preselected ratio. Mixing stops when the nozzle is switched to water spray mode.
