Vehicle description
The RANGER XP900 has a large cargo box with several fixing points. It is compatible with LOCK&RIDE system and the tailgate is easy to release. The cargo box can accommodate a standard pallet. Another practical and easily accessible storage compartments are under the seat and on the dashboard.
The RANGER XP 900 can be equipped with a wide variety of accessories covering many requirements, e.g. wire rope winch.
In addition to the exceptional driving performance, the RANGER XP900 also boasts a simple and easy maintenance. The engine has a long service interval and it is easily accessible under the rear cargo box. There are mostly metric threads on the engine.
A high-pressure extinguishing system is housed on the cargo box. It consists of a 200 litre stainless steel water tank, on which a high-pressure extinguishing unit with Honda engine is mounted.
The system has a capacity of 23 lpm and 80 bar working pressure. Hose reel with high-pressure hose and high-pressure gun-type nozzle is a part of the high-pressure extinguishing system.
The water tank is equipped with shut-off piping for filling, overflow piping (this also ensures the tank venting when pumping water), draining and sludge removing piping and suction piping fitted with a fine filter.
The high-pressure extinguishing system can be easily removed from the cargo box. All you have to do is unlock it in several places, install and secure four removable handles, which are part of the equipment, and simply transfer the device away from the vehicle to the desired location.

The POLARIS RANGER XP900 is a vehicle designed to perform rapid interventions in rough terrain and in places that are inaccessible for conventional fire appliances.
The POLARIS RANGER XP900 is two-axle vehicle with all-wheel drive. It is driven by four-stroke engine ProStar 900 with 60 HP output (44.7 kW) and high torque. Thanks to this, the vehicle has a towing force of 907 kg and carries up to 454 kg on the cargo box.
The chassis has a solid construction and high torsional rigidity. It provides a smooth and comfortable ride without vibrations and optimum vehicle control.
